The Loch View Steading is noted for it’s flexible accommodation layout and being 3 separate houses but with dining and social arrangements for 19 people is extremely versatile. The area is within easy reach of the A9 and Inverness airport so whether you are travelling from far or near it is never far from a main UK destination.

There are so many outdoor activities within easy reach for your team building events. If you wish to utilise the 53 acres for any events you may have in mind then please feel free to enquire.

Mountain bikes can be delivered and collected to the door if a minimum of 6 bikes are hired.

Don’t forget that Tesco’s grocery delivery is available so everything can be waiting for you on your day of arrival and many local ‘take-outs’ will deliver for a minimum order cost if you give them notice on the day.

Wireless broadband connection is available in all 3 houses for you to keep in touch with the office!

Caterers contact numbers can be given for you to make advance arrangements if required.

There is a Paintball and Lazertag company only 20 minutes away in Farr Woods.

Take advantage of our short break facility and stay for 3 nights in low season.

The Steadings at the Grouse and Trout offers a welcome to everybody whether it is for a restaurant meal or a drink in the lounge bar.

Windsurfing and kayaking on local lochs (with own equipment). You can launch a dingy on the loch near the house but not a motor powered boat.

Prices range from £400 to £3000 depending on time of year.
